Here Are All Our Best Blogging Resources
Domain Name
GoDaddy
Your domain name is just the name of your website, so the domain name for this website is ‘notyourbossbabe.com.’
I purchased this, as well as my (many) previous domain names from GoDaddy. GoDaddy are super cheap (I paid around 1 EUR to own my domain for 1 year), and their interface is super user friendly, which is great if you’re a technophobe like me.
Hosting
Siteground
If you ever want to monetise your website, you will need to go self-hosted.
This is where you pay a monthly fee in order to basically rent some space online where you can host your site.
I use Siteground to host all 3 of my websites and I have nothing but great things to say about them.
They have a tonne of awesome features, from Cloudflare CDN (for website speed), to a free business email, website optimisation plugin and kickass support team.
Bluehost
Another hosting company favoured by bloggers is Bluehost. I haven’t personally used Bluehost, but they’re another affordable hosting provider that many people like to use.
Blog Theme and Aesthetics
17th Avenue Designs
My blog theme is from 17th Avenue and I LOVE it.
Not only is it SEO and mobile friendly but I can customise it in SO many different ways that I feel as though I might never have to buy a theme again!
17th Avenue is a female-owned small business and their themes are all beautiful, elegant and feminine. Not only that, but every theme you purchase comes with a bunch of tutorials, as well as lifetime support.
I paid $69 for the Mia theme that you currently see on my blog.
Canva
Canva is a tool that will become invaluable to you as a blogger.
From creating shareable Pins, IG story templates, banners, headers and logos, Canva makes it easy to create, even if you’re like me and don’t have an artistic bone in your body.
Canva have a limited free version, or you can use their Pro version for just 11.99 EUR per month (and accounts can be shared by up to 5 people!).
Canva Pro comes with a huge library of stock photos, background remover tool, branding kit and tonnes more features to have your site and social channels looking spot on.
Etsy
Another great place to shop for blogging makeover tools is Etsy.
Etsy has some amazing Lightroom presets and other blogger tools including themes and printable planners to ensure that your pictures stand out from the crowd. This set of 300 presets is less than 10 EUR which is incredible value.

Keysearch
Keysearch is another tool that I couldn’t live without.
Keysearch is a paid keyword research tool that has sent my traffic soaring, and there are so many features to take advantage of with Keysearch, it is the gift that just keeps on giving.

Buy Me A Coffee
Buy Me A Coffee allows your blog readers to ‘buy you a coffee’ and make a no-strings-attached, one time donation to show their appreciation for your work.
It is completely free to sign up and creating a profile takes less than 5 minutes.
I use this on my travel blog and usually receive a few ‘coffees’ a month.
NaviSavi
NaviSavi is an app where you get paid for uploading your short, unedited videos.
Whether you’re travelling, in a nightclub, trying out a new restaurant or browsing in a clothes store, just take a short <30 second video, upload it, and NaviSavi will pay you 1 USD!
When you reach 100 USD, you can cash out (I sped this process up by using old IG stories and videos from my camera roll).
To get started, download the NaviSavi app and enter code TRAVELLINGJEZEBEL (my travel blog referral link).

Fiverr
If you can’t do something yourself, sometimes it’s wise to pay someone else to do it, and for that I recommend Fiverr. I used Fiverr to find a web developer who could speed up my website, but whatever your needs, you will be sure to find the person for the job on Fiverr.
